This month’s featured speaker is Jim Gruver, who brings more than 40 years of experience in construction and real estate development. His career has included everything from building new homes and rehabilitation projects to leading development organizations through changing markets, including the 2008 housing market crash.

Jim will share his story and lessons learned from decades of building, developing, leading, and adapting. This fall, he will also lead StartUp Hutch’s new Housing Entrepreneurship Program, helping local contractors and skilled trades professionals build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
