February 2026 Entrepreneurship Connections: Free Networking Event

Join us for the next Entrepreneurship Connections as we welcome Laura Meyer-Dick as our featured speaker. Laura Meyer-Dick is a fourth-generation community banker and Vice President of First Kansas Bancshares, the parent company of First National Bank of Hutchinson, Kansas.

The February event will feature Laura Meyer-Dick of First Kansas Bancshares, the parent company of First National Bank of Hutchinson, as the guest speaker. Laura Meyer-Dick is a fourth-generation community banker and vice president of First Kansas Bancshares. Influenced by her late father, longtime banker and civic leader Nation Meyer, she built her career in commercial lending before returning to her hometown bank and emerging as a leader in community-focused growth and independent banking. Elected president of the Bank Holding Company Association in 2025, Meyer-Dick has helped expand FNB Hutch’s lending footprint nationwide while championing relationship-driven banking.

She is also leading the $14 million restoration of the historic Meyer Landmark hotel in downtown Hutchinson, a signature project that reflects her commitment to economic development, historic preservation, and the belief that what strengthens a community ultimately strengthens its bank.
