The Opportunity
Through the StartUp Hutch Advisory Board Mentor Program, you can share your time and expertise to help emerging entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses. Your lived experience as a business owner, professional, or industry expert can make a real difference—often in just a single conversation.
Your Role as a Mentor
As a mentor, you will:

Commit 1–2 hours per month to supporting one or more local entrepreneurs

Offer practical advice, candid feedback, and encouragement based on your expertise

Serve as a sounding board—not a manager—helping founders make smarter, more confident decisions

Engage in a flexible, low-barrier way that fits your schedule
How it Works
StartUp Hutch will handle the matchmaking — pairing you with entrepreneurs based on your background and their specific needs. We'll also provide:

Basic onboarding materials to help you get started

Ongoing support and optional mentor meetups

A one-year renewable term with flexibility built in
